Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem, tvorbou a nasazením webového informačního systému, sloužícího k automatizaci správy zákazníků podniku. Systém řeší úkony potřebné pro správu zákazníků podniku, automatizovanou správu dokumentů včetně účetních dokumentů, bezpečnost uchovávání dat a zjednodušenou komunikaci se zákazníky. V práci jsou popsány požadavky na daný systém, celkový návrh a implementace aplikace. V poslední řadě je v práci popsáno nasazení a ekonomické zhodnocení aplikace.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design, creation and deployment of web information system, which serves to automate the management of the company’s customers. The system solves the tasks required to manage enterprise customers, automate document management including accounting documents, data retention, and simplified customer communication. The thesis describes the requirements for the given system, the overall design and implementation of the application. Finally, the deployment and economic evaluation of the application is described.
