Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá bojem za rovnoprávnost černochů, konkrétně událostí, která se stala v Montgomery v letech 1955 až 1956. Bojkotováním veřejné autobusové dopravy se černošští obyvatelé snažili změnit systém, podle něhož se cestující v autobusech museli usadit. Ale konečné výsledky bojkotu měly mnohem širší význam. Abstract:
This thesis deals with a one year long struggle for black equality which took place in Montgomery during the years 1955 to 1956. Through boycotting public bus transportation the black citizens intended to change the seating system. But finally the results had bigger dimension.
