Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Přínosy a limity sociální práce v oblasti bydlení je zaměřena na prokázání pozitivního vlivu sociální práce při procesu podpory osob, které se snaží získat různou formu bydlení dle jejich možností. To znamená, že osoba s podporou sociálního pracovníka, za užití metod sociální práce, má větší šanci uspět při hledání bydlení, udržet si stávající bydlení a předcházet ztrátě bydlení. Práce si též klade za cíl poukázat na limity sociální práce v oblasti bydlení, odkrýt překážky v legislativě, v sociálním vyloučení a v ekonomických aspektech v segmentu bydlení. V teoretické části se práce zaobírá způsoby řešení bytové nouze, představením modelů sociálního bydlení včetně principu housing first. Práce se detailně věnuje sociální práci s klientem v sociálním bydlení. Pro ověření cílů této práce bylo provedeno deset rozhovorů jak s klienty sociálních služeb, tak se sociálními pracovníky, kde na základě položených otázek měli respondenti možnost se vyjádřit k problematice bydlení. Z následné analýzy rozhovorů jsou definovány přínosy a limity sociální práce v oblasti bydlení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis The benefits and the limits of social work in the housing focuses on the demonstration of the social services and their positive impact in the clients' proceedings of obtaining the different forms of affordable housing. That means that a social worker's client has got better chances to reach housing, secure its sustainability and prevent loss of it when the client's allowed to take advantage of a specialized social worker's support. This thesis aims to show limitations of social workers' acts in housing issues and wants to expose the obstacles in our legislation, social exclusion barriers and problematic economic aspects of housing issues. In theory the thesis concerns the solutions to housing crisis and presentation of social housing programs including Housing First model. The work puts emphasis on social work with a client as a participant in social housing. Ten both social services clients and social workers were interviewed for the verification of the thesis aims. The respondents had the possibility to express their opinion on housing issues on the basis of a questionnaire. Defining the benefits and the limitations of social work in the concept of affordable housing has proceeded from the questionnaires analysis.
