Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou toxicity kůže radioterapie u karcinomu prsu, konkrétně vyhodnocuje akutní a chronické nežádoucí účinky. Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky karcinomu prsu, objasňuje klinickou radiobiologii, kde jsou popsány základní radiobiologické mechanismy na buněčné úrovni a tkáňová a orgánová radiobiologie a nastíní základ statistiky. This bachelor thesis concerns the topic of radiotherapy skin toxicity of breast cancer. In particular, it evaluates acute and chronic side effects. The theoretical part brings up the topic of breast cancer, clarifies clinical radiobiology with the description of basic radiobiological mechanisms at the cell level and tissue and organ radiobiology and outlines the statistical basis.
