Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat životní spokojenost žen na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Teoretická část popisuje nejprve manželství a rodinu, věnuje se ženám na mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. Dále je zařazena kapitola o životní spokojenosti a na závěr nechybí pětifaktorový model osobnosti – Big Five. Empirická část obsahuje popis explorativního výzkumu. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe lifestyle of women on maternity leave. The theoretical part describes marriage, family and is it focused on women on maternity leave.
