Filip Špaček: Guitar stand with usage of lamellar elements in a prototype phase

Abstract:

V této práci je popsán postup návrhu a výroby nestandardního kytarového stojanu ve fázi prototypu s použitím lamelového prvku. Záměrem bylo vytvořit funkční výrobek, který by plnil funkci coby odkládacího prostoru pro hudební nástroj, ale i zajímavého dekoračního prvku interiéru, případně pódia. Autor popisuje ranné fáze vývoje, úskalí spojená s návrhy prvních tvarů, úpravy a adaptace až po výsledný tvar kytarového stojanu a proces samotné výroby, při kterém rovněž došlo k odklonu od návrhu a následným úpravám. Výsledným řešením této práce se stala konstrukce spojující lamelový prvek s masivním dřevem doplněná o prvky vzniklé technologií 3D tisku.

Abstract:

This theses describes creation and fabrication of a custom guitar stand in a prototype phase with lamellar element used in its frame. The main aim was to create a functional product that can be used both as a place for musical instrument and also as an interesting interior or stage element. Author describes early phases of development, problems detected on early shapes of the guitar stand and their alterations during fabrication up to the final design. The final solution was wooden construction with lamellar element which was supplemented with 3D-printed supports.
