Supply and demand barriers on the organicfood market
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje trh s biopotravinami ve světě, v Evropě a v České republice a identifikuje a vyhodnocuje bariéry poptávky a nabídky na trhu s biopotravinami a vyhodnocuje přístup zákazníků k jejich nákupu a firem k jejich výrobě a prodeji. Součástí práce je kvalitativní výzkum přístupů vybraných společností produkujících mléčné výrobky.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes the organic food market in the world, in Europe and in the Czech Republic and identifies and evaluates the supply and demand barriers in the organic food market and evaluates the approaches of customers to their purchase and companies to their production and sale.
