Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem trhu rezidenčních nemovitostí a jejím cílem je zanalyzovat současnou situaci tohoto trhu na území hlavního města Prahy. Odhaluje klíčové faktory, které vedly k současnému množství bytů, jejich stavu a podoby, ceny a vlastnické struktury.
