Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá užíváním vybraných párů synonymních výrazů v amerických právních textech. Autor se zaměřuje na užívání sloves, breach a violate, podstatných jmen, breach a violation a adjektiv, intentional a willful, ve vybraných textech sbírky zákonů U.S. Code.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the use of selected pairs of synonymous expressions in American legal texts. The author focuses on the use of verbs, breach and violate, nouns, breach and violation, and adjectives, intentional and willful, in selected texts of the U.S. Code.
