Communicative Competence and its Development in Terms of Internal Communication

Abstract:

Anotace Předmětem mé práce je téma komunikační kompetence a jejího rozvoje v rámci vnitrofiremní komunikace. Ráda bych tak ukázala na důležitost komunikace, která je nedílnou součástí firemní kultury a ovlivňuje celý chod firmy. Prostřednictvím rozvoje komunikační kompetence svých zaměstnanců tak může firma přispět k efektivnímu fungování vnitrofiremní komunikace. Teoretická část vymezuje vnitrofiremní komunikaci a komunikační kompetenci, která je zde chápána jako jedna z klíčových kompetencí celoživotního učení. Dále jsou zde popsány možnosti rozvoje komunikační kompetence, vázající se přímo na vnitrofiremní komunikaci. Na tyto možnosti rozvoje je zde nahlíženo jako na nejrůznější formy a metody vzdělávání dospělých. Empirická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který byl realizován formou případové studie. Tato případová studie se zaměřuje na popis vnitrofiremní komunikace konkrétní firmy a popis rozvoje komunikační kompetence, ke kterému ve firmě dochází. Výchozím hlediskem je zde pro mě především systém firemního vzdělávání. Zjištěná data jsou pak dále shrnuta a porovnána s teoretickými východisky.

Abstract:

Annotation The subject of my work is the communicative competence and its development in terms of the internal communication. I would like to show the importance of communication, which is an integral part of a corporate culture and which influences all the service of a firm. The firm can contribute to the effective internal communication through the development of communicative competence of its employees. The theoretic part defines internal communication and communicative competence, which is understood as one of the key competences of lifelong learning. Further, there are described the possibilities of development of communicative competence tied up to internal communication in this work. These possibilities are viewed as different forms and methods of adult education. The empirical part is devoted to qualitative research, which was realized by case study. This case study is focused on the description of internal communication of a concrete firm and on the description of the development of communicative competence, which is realized in the firm. The system of corporate education is the initial point of view for me here. The gathered information is resumed and compared with the theoretical thesis.
