Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na malá vinařství na Slovácku v České republice, je zde pojednáno o historii vinohradnictví na území Moravy, a především o jeho vývoji na Slovácku. Práce mapuje oblast z hlediska tradic, kulturních zvyklostí a typické odrůdové skladby vinné révy. Vzhledem ke specifikám je analýza zaměřena na vybrané obce a malá vinařství. Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis deals with small wineries in Slovácko region in the Czech Republic. History of vineyards in Moravia and development of Slovácko region is described. Terms of tradition, cultural background, typical wine communities and varieties are shown in Thesis. The analysis is focused on small wineries in selected wine municipalities.
