Cyberbullying

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Kyberšikana" pojednává o nebezpečí kybernetické šikany, která je aktu-álním tématem na středních a základních školách. Podstatou práce je vysvětlení důležitých pojmů kyberšikany, ale také rady pro odhalení a prevence proti kyberšikaně. Čtenáři jsou seznámeni s informačními a komunikačními technologiemi, díky kterým je kyberšikana zprostředkována, tedy s jejími prvky, projevy, médii, pomocí kterých se šíří, ale také s případy, kdy se o kyberšikanu nejedná. Nedílnou součástí jsou charakterizována preven-tivní opatření proti kyberšikaně, jak se proti ní bránit, či na jaké instituce a organizace se mohou oběti obrátit. Dále se čtenáři mohou dočíst o možnostech minimalizací rizik spoje-ných s kyberšikanou. Samozřejmě autorka práce nezapomněla ani na řešení trestné odpo-vědnosti z pohledu agresora, kde jsou uvedeny zákony a paragrafy, které se k této odpo-vědnosti stahují. Praktická část se zaměřuje na informovanost respondentů, jejich vlastní názor a zkušenosti získané s touto problematikou. Vyhodnocení praktické části jsou uži-tečné rady pro školy v podobě prevence až intervence kyberšikany.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Cyber-bullying" discusses the dangers of cyber bullying, which is a meas-ure-cial subject at primary and secondary schools. The essence of this work is explaining important concepts of cyberbullying, but also hints to the detection and prevention of cyberbullying. Readers are familiar with information and communication technologies that make cyberbullying mediated, ie its elements, speeches, media with which to propagate, but also cases where it is not about cyberbullying. An integral part are characterized pre-ventive measures against cyberbullying, how to defend against it, and on what institutions and organizations they can turn. Additionally, readers can read about the possibilities of minimizing the risks connected with cyberbullying. The author obviously did not forget to work on solving crimes deduction from the perspective of the aggressor, which lists the laws and regulations, that it is the responsibility. The practical part focuses on the aware-ness of the respondents, their opinions and experiences gained with this issue. Evaluation of the practical part, are excellently useful advice for schools in the form of cyberbullying prevention to intervention.
