Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem marketingového plánu v podmínkách odborného léčebného ústavu, který je součástí fakultní nemocnice. Cílem návrhu je rozšíření portfolia poskytovaných služeb o složku komerční, jež umožní využití kapitálu pracoviště i širokou veřejností. Teoretická část byla zpracována formou literární rešerše, jež mapovala problematiku marketingového plánování s důrazem na specifika marketingového plánování ve zdravotnictví. V analytické části bylo představeno pracoviště Doléčovacího a rehabilitačního oddělení a byly provedeny situační analýzy, jejichž součástí bylo vyhodnocení dotazníkových šetření. Bylo zjištěno, že pracoviště disponuje nevyužitou kapacitou, která je širokou veřejností poptávána. Tento poznatek byl zpracován do podoby návrhu marketingového plánu, jehož implementace byla v závěru diplomové práce podrobena časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. Smyslem marketingového záměru je zvýšit prestiž pracoviště a generovat zisk, který lze použít ke zvyšování kvality poskytované péče a kultivaci nemocničního prostředí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis describes a marketing plan proposal under the conditions of the specialised medical institution that forms part of the University Hospital. The proposal aims to expand the portfolio of provided services by commercial services which will allow the general public to use the workplace as well. The theoretical part was elaborated by means of a literary research, mapping out the issues of marketing planning while emphasising the particularities of marketing planning in healthcare. In the analytical part, the Treatment and Rehabilitation Department was introduced and situation analyses were performed, including the evaluation of conducted surveys. It was ascertained that the workplace has unused capacity available which is demanded by the general public. These findings were elaborated in the form of a marketing plan proposal, the implementation of which was subject to a time-cost and risk analysis in the final part of the diploma thesis. The marketing plan intends to raise the prestige of the workplace and to generate profit that can be used for the improvement of quality of the provided care and for cultivation of the hospital environment.
