Diplomová práce na téma „Excindační žaloba“ se zabývá problematikou ochrany třetích osob v rámci exekučního řízení podle občanského soudního řádu. The thesis "A Third- Party Action against Execution" deals with the protection of third parties in enforcement proceedings under the Code of Civil Procedure. First, it discusses the constitutional basis of the institute of a third-party action against execution, the work also deals with the procedural rules of the application and legal opinions of those held in foreign literature.
