Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se týká efektivnosti komunikačních prostředků ve společnosti AUTO ŠÍDLO s.r.o. Bez potřebných informací nemůže uspět žádná firma. Důležité je, jak jsou šířeny uvnitř firmy. Tuto oblast má na starost vnitrofiremní komunikace. Tato práce analyzuje všechny komunikační prostředky a navrhuje vhodná řešení problémových oblastí.
Abstract:
This master´s thesis analyses effect tools of communication in company AUTO ŠÍDLO s.r.o. The company cannot succeed without information. It is important how information is transmitted in company. This topic is a task for the internal communication. This thesis analyses all of tools of communication and then it proposes appropriate solutions of problems.
