Předmětem bakalářská práce s názvem „Faktory ovlivňující nájemné a vlastnické bydlení v ČR“ je vyhodnotit významné faktory ovlivňující rozhodování o těchto typech bydlení v ČR, s primárním zaměřením na Jihomoravský kraj.
