Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského záměru ubytování s názvem Apartmány Vojtěšek. Cílem je sestrojit plán, který bude sloužit jako předloha při rekonstrukci budovy, v níž budou ubytovací služby probíhat. Dokument slouží výhradně pro potřeby autora práce a majitele podniku, který si chce ověřit provozuschopnost a výdělečnost projektu. Nebude tedy předkládán žádným třetím stranám jako jsou banky či potenciální investoři za účelem získání finančních prostředků. Teoretická část je věnována obecnému obsahu business planu, podrobnému popisu jeho částí a legislativě, která je potřebná k správnému nastavení právní formy podnikání. V praktické části je k dispozici stručná analýza současného stavu budovy, v níž budou ubytovací služby provozovány a dále návrhu samotného podnikatelského plánu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of a business plan, which will be called “Apartmány Vojtěšek”. The aim is to draw up a plan that will serve as a model for a building reconstruction, in which the accommodation services will take place. The document itself serves solely for the purpose and needs of the author of this business plan. That means that the following document will never be used as a mean of obtaining any funds from any financial institutions or private investors. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the introduction of business plan contents, to a detailed description of its parts and to a legislation, which is needed to properly set the legal form of a business. The practical part is focused on a brief analysis of the current state that the building is in and then the preparation of a business plan itself.
