The renewal of brownfield Hajnišův mlýn

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na brownfields. V teoretické části nejprve v obecné rovině seznamuje s danou problematikou. Definuje stěžejní pojmy, zabývá se udržitelným rozvojem území a suburbanizací. Dále také představuje legislativní a ekonomické nástroje pro rozvoj brownfields. V praktické části je pozornost věnována objektu Hajnišův mlýn. Práce přibližuje jeho historii a nastiňuje situaci, v níž se nachází. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat optimální variantu jeho obnovy. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zkoumán postoj občanů města vůči tomuto objektu a je také zjišťován jimi preferovaný způsob využití. V závěru práce jsou ze zjištěných výsledků formulovány vlastní návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis primarily focuses on brownfields. Firstly the topic is introduced at a general level. The thesis continues to define pivotal terms, sustainable land development and suburbanisation. Eventually legislative and economic instruments for development of brownfields are discussed. The attention in the practical part is on the mill house Hajnišův mlýn, its history and situation, which is surrounding it. The goal of this thesis is to identify optimal way of a potential renewal. The attitude of a public towards the mill house and their preferred option of the renewal is being discovered through a questionnaire. On the basis of the survey results personal suggestions and recommendations are formulated in the end of the thesis.
