Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo nalézt optimální podmínky pro separaci a identifikaci purinových derivátů adeninu, adenosinu a adenosinmonofosfátu metodou RP-HPLC. Experimenty byly prováděny za izokratické eluce s mobilní fází fosfátový pufr o c = 30 mmol.l-1 s různým obsahem methanolu a s vysoce nepolární stacionární fází C18. Objective of my Bachelor´s thesis was finding optimal conditions for separation and identification of purine derivatives adenine, adenosine and adenosinemonophosphate by RP-HPLC method. Experiments were carried out under isocratic elution with phosphate buffer (concentration 30 mmol.l-1) mobile phase with different amount of methanol, and with high non-polar stationary phase C18.
