VAT Legislation and its Development
Abstract:
Práce popisuje a shrnuje historii právní úpravy sazeb DPH od jejího zavedení do českého právního řádu až do současnosti, zhodnocuje dosavadní vývoj, rozebírá současné diskuze o budoucnosti naší zákonné úpravy a navrhuje vlastní řešení legislativy sazeb DPH.
Abstract:
The work describes and summarizes the history of the VAT rates legislation since its introduction into the Czech legal order until today, it assesses current trends, it analyzes the current debate on the future of our legislation and the legislation proposes own solution VAT rates.
