Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ovoce z pohledu výživy a spotřeby. Zabývá se základní charakteristikou jednotlivých druhů českého a tropického ovoce. Jsou pojmenovány důležité látky, které jsou v ovoci obsaženy a mají vliv na zdraví dospělých i dětí. Teoretická část zahrnuje kapitolu, která objasňuje spotřebu ovoce v České republice a zahraničí. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on fruit from the point of view of nutrition and consumption. It deals with the basic characteristics of individual types of Czech and tropical fruits. Important substances that are contained in the fruit and have an effect on adul´s and children´s health are listed.
