The Relation of the Civil Code and the Labour Code
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem vztahu občanského zákoníku a zákoníku práce. V Teoretické části diplomové práce je uvedena historie a vývoj soukromého práva se zaměřením na právo občanské a právo pracovní. Je zde uveden popis vztahu zákoníků a jejich struktura. Práce se zabývá i vztahem občanského zákoníku a zákoníku práce na Slovensku. V praktické části je uveden nález ÚS č. 83/06.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of relation of the Civil Code and Labour Code. In the theoretic part there is the history and development of the private law with orientation of civil law and labour law. Here is the description of the relation of the Codes and their structure.
