Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice spotřebitelského úvěru a to zejména v souvislosti se zákonem o spotřebitelském úvěru. Jsou zde definovány pojmy jako spotřebitelský úvěr, spotřebitel, věřitel, zprostředkovatel, úroková míra a RPSN. This thesis deals with the issue of consumer credit, especially in the context of the law on consumer credit. There are defined terms such as consumer credit, consumer, lender, broker, interest rate and the average annual percentage rate.
