Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval tématem ochrany duševního vlastnictví ve specifických podmínkách celní správy a přiblížením tohoto tématu veřejnosti. Během práce jsem čerpal z platných právních předpisů České republiky, odborné literatury zabývající se daným tématem, z právnických internetových serverů i z vlastních pracovních zkušeností. Cílem mé práce nebylo popsat celé trestní řízení a všechna jeho stádia, ale zaměřit se spíše na jeho část, a to na fázi přípravného řízení před zahájením trestního stíhání a poté popis jednotlivých trestných činů. Doufám, že k tomuto účelu má práce může dobře posloužit.

Abstract:

The dominant theme of my bachelor thesis is the protection of intellectual property in the specific conditions of the customs administrations. I tried to bring this theme closer to the public. During creation of this thesis I was using the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, the professional literature dealing with the dominant theme, juristic websites and my own working experience. The aim of my thesis was not to describe the whole criminal suit and all its stages but to focus on one part of the suit – to the part of preliminary procedure before initiation of criminal prosecution and then to the description of each of the delicts. I hope this thesis can be useful for this purpose.
