Anotace:

Under the guidance of the current trend of globalization, all countries in the world have ushered in a new opportunity for transformation. The process of globalization will promote the multiple integration of economic globalization, information globalization and trade globalization. Therefore, the traditional trade form will also appear a huge change, also appeared we say the formation of Internet trade and Internet economy. The Internet is of vital significance to the world economy today. With the development and progress of the Internet, network trade and e-commerce have gradually become mature forms of economic trade. From the establishment of large e-commerce companies such as Alibaba in China, Amazon in the United States and Alza in the Czech Republic to online transactions by social software such as Tik Tok, online commerce has become an indispensable part of our lives. What we are discussing today is the Internet trade, the impact of the development of e-commerce on the economy, and the practical problems that the development of the Internet economy has given us to solve. In this informationized developed social background, the development of China's Internet economy is also a direction we can study, observe its model, advantages and problems to be solved. In view of the speed of social development, people have gradually understood the network trade, and accept the integration of e-commerce into our life. In this paper, we can observe the advantages of Internet economy and trade and how to solve potential and unknown problems through the analysis of specific companies.
