This work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, we describe the basic concepts of money, currency and relevance. We pointed to the very notion of crime and other concepts closely linked with them. The second chapter of this work points to the legislation of offenses against the currency. Táto práca sa skladá z troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole sme opísali základné pojmy peňazí, meny a ich význam. Poukázali sme aj na samotný pojem trestný čin a ďalšie pojmy s ním úzko súvisiace. Druhá kapitola tejto práce poukazuje na právnu úpravu trestných činov proti mene. Analyzovali sme všetky paragrafy patriace pod trestné činy proti mene.
