Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zhodnotiť princípy, metódy a postupy pre stanovenie všeobecnej hodnoty hmotného majetku podniku – zásob. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické aspekty podniku a jeho postaveniu v ekonomike. Druhá časť predstavuje podnik po technickej stránke.
