Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačních nástrojů a systému odměňování v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající systém odměňování a systém motivace pracovníků ve firmě ps-ECO, s. r. o., zhodnotit jej a v případě potřeby navrhnout taková opatření, která lze v praxi realizovat a která přispějí ke zlepšení situace. The bachelor´s thesis concerns with an analysis of motivational tools and with the remuneration system within a particular company.
