Kyselina askorbová je důležitým rostlinným antioxidantem, který je zapojen do protistresové reakce rostlin. Abstract:
Ascorbic acid is an important plant antioxidant that is involved in anti-stress responses of plants. It protects plants against reactive oxygen species, which is a byproduct of aerobic metabolism and whose production is increased during stress.
