Práce pojednává o vztahu práva a násilí se zaměřením na podstatu těchto jevů. Násilí jako určitá forma zla je zakořeněna v mysli regulovaných subjektů a právo nebude účinně odstraňovat násilí, ani jiné formy zla, pokud bude tvořeno, vykonáváno, nebo dozorováno těmi, kdo nejsou schopni zlo odstranit ze své vlastní mysli. The thesis discuss about the relationship between law nad violence aiming its bases. Violence as a form of evil is enrooted in the mind of regulated subjects and the law will not be able to eliminate violence or other forms of evil effectively, if it will be created, executed or controled by those, who are unable to eliminate evil from their own minds.
