Práce se zaměřuje na působení chronické autoimunitní thyreoiditidy od vývoje plodu v těle matky a jeho následného života po narození. Zaměřuje se na fyziologické a následně i patologické mechanismy, které jsou s touto žlázou spojené. Podrobně rozebírá problém autoimunitních tyreoiditid. The work is focused on the effects of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis from the development of the fetus in the mother's body to its subsequent life after birth. It focused on the physiological and then pathological mechanisms associated with this gland. It deals in detail with the problem of autoimmune thyroiditis.
