Accounting and tax aspects of leasing

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Účetní a daňové aspekty leasingu“ je analýza současné právní úpravy vztahující se k účtování a zdaňování leasingu hmotného majetku. Nejdříve je podrobně popsána problematika leasingu na teoretické úrovni, a to jak z hlediska daňového, tak účetního. Cílem praktické části je na základě znalostí získaných v teoretické části, vyhodnotit nabídky leasingových společností pro konkrétní firmu a navrhnout nejvhodnější alternativu leasingu osobního automobilu, důraz bude kladen na minimalizaci účetního a daňového zatížení podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Accounting and tax aspects of leasing” is to analyse the current legislation related to accounting and taxation of leasing of tangible property. At first, the issue of leasing on a theoretical level is described in detail, both in terms of taxation and accounting. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate offers provided by leasing companies for a particular company and to suggest the best alternative of a car leasing, based on knowledge gained in the theoretical part. The emphasis will be put on minimizing accounting and tax burden of the company.
