Sexual abuse of children in cyberspace
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálního zneužívání dětí v kyberprostoru na národní i nadnárodní úrovni, existencí možných hrozeb souvisejících s využíváním internetových služeb a sociálních sítí, a dále moderními možnostmi odhalování, potírání a účinnému předcházení této trestné činnosti včetně trestněprávní úpravy v rámci České republiky a prevence.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the issue of sexual abuse of children in cyberspace at the national and transnational level, the existence of possible threats related to the use of Internet services and social networks, as well as modern ways of detecting, combating and effectively preventing this crime, including criminal legislation in the Czech Republic and prevention.
