Abstract:

Anotácia Názov diplomovej práce: Public Management a reforma verejných služieb zamestnanosti Počet slov: 18332 (bez poznámok pod čiarou, príloh, stati) Cieľom práce je popis administratívnej reformy verených služieb zamestnanosti v Českej republike a následná identifikácia zavádzania pravidiel manažmentu podľa „New Public Managementu“ do organizačnej kultúry úradov práce. V prvej časti práce je vymedzený teoretický rámec. Zahŕňa popis vývoja administratívnej reformy verejných služieb zamestnanosti v krajinách EÚ a zároveň popisuje vývoj tejto reformy v Českej republike. Metodologická časť sa venuje použitým metódam a technikám výskumu. K realizácii bola použitá sekundárna analýza dáta a technika faktorovej analýzy. Zdrojom dát boli literárne pramene a výskum Institucionální předpoklady politiky trhu práce v etapě vstupu ČR do EU. Predmetom výskumu boli jednotlivé štýly riadenia na úradoch práce so zreteľom na identifikáciu prvkov „New Public Managementu“. Záverečná časť práce sa zaoberá zistenými poznatkami a ich interpretáciou.

Abstract:

Annotation Title: Public management and PES administrative reform Number of words: 18332 This thesis focuses on the process of reforming the Public Employment Services (PES) in Czech Republic and on identification of implementation of managerial techniques in their governance, recording to “New Public Management”. The firs part of the thesis contains theoretical background. The ideas, beginning, and development of the PES reform in EU member states and Czech Republic are described. Methodological part of the thesis considers the methods and techniques used in research. For the purpose of the thesis the secondary analyzes of data is selected. Resources of data are literature relating the process of PES reform and research data from: Institucionální předpoklady politiky trhu práce v etapě vstupu ČR do EU research project. The objects of empirical research are governance styles in employment offices considering the identification of “New Public Management” fragments. Final part of the thesis deals with findings and their interpretation.
