Current state of organic agriculture in a selected region of the Olomouc region – district Jeseník

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je zpracován přehled o ekologickém zemědělství, jeho významu, specifikách a vývoji. V části práce je zmínka o dějinách zemědělství v České republice. Konkrétněji jsou specifikovány podmínky pro zemědělskou výrobu v Olomouckém kraji, především ve vztahu k přírodním podmínkám. Práce dále mapuje aktuální stav ekologického zemědělství v okresech Olomouckého kraje na základě výzkumu z veřejně dostupné databáze Ministerstva zemědělství, tedy z Registru ekologických podnikatelů. Je zpracováno srovnání počtů subjektů, výměry ploch v ekologickém zemědělství a dalších parametrů mezi jednotlivými okresy. Podrobněji je rozebrána situace v okrese Jeseník, kde byly následně vybrány dva subjekty, u kterých došlo ke zmapování distribučních cest jejich výrobků. U jednoho z vybraných subjektů byla zpracována analýza jeho podnikatelských aktivit.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis provides an overview of organic farming, its importance, specifics and development. Part of the thesis mentions the history of agriculture in the Czech Republic. More specifically, the conditions for agricultural production in the Olomouc Region are specified, especially in relation to natural conditions. The thesis also maps the current state of organic farming in the districts of the Olomouc Region based on research in the publicly available database of the Ministry of Agriculture, i.e. the Register of Organic Entrepreneurs. A comparison of the number of subjects, the area of organic farming and other aspects between the districts is made. The situation in the Jeseník district is analysed in more detail, where two entities were subsequently selected and the distribution routes of their products were mapped. For one of the selected entities, an analysis of its business activities was prepared.
