Tato diplomové práce se zabývá operačním rizikem v pojišťovnictví. Nejprve objasňuje pojem riziko a umístění operačního rizika mezi finanční rizika, s nimiž se subjekty na trzích neustále setkávají a vypořádávají. The thesis deals with the operational risk in insurance. Initially, it explains the concept of risk and position of operational risk in the framework of financial risks, with which entities are constantly confronted in the markets.
