Tématem této diplomové práce je Stávka – ústavněprávní a pracovněprávní pohled. V úvodu jsem se zaměřila na vymezení pojmu stávka v obecné rovině. The topic of this thesis is the strike and its labour and constitutional law perspectives. In the introduction, I focused on the definition of the strike in general. The following chapters are devoted to the modification of the right to strike in the Czech legal system, which also includes the international treaties that the Czech Republic is pledged to.
