Racionalizace skladového hospodářství vybrané firmy

Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je racionalizace skladového hospodářství společnosti ACO Industries Tábor. První část práce se soustředí na teoretickou stránku logistiky a skladování, ve druhé je poté představena společnost ACO Industries. Je popsán současný systém skladování a identifikovány jeho nedostatky. Následně je představen návrh opatření k eliminaci těchto nedostatků.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is aimed on rationalization of warehouse management in company ACO Industries in Tábor. The first part is focused on theretical aspects of logistics and warehousing, in the second part ACO Industries is intruduced. The current state of warehouse management is described and it’s weak spots are identified. The a proposal for measures to eliminate these weak spots is presented.
