Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice homeoffice. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh na začlenění této formy výkonu zaměstnání do běžné praxe vybrané firmy. V první části jsou pojmy spojené s homeoffice teoreticky vymezeny. Jde pak zejména o s ním související výhody a nevýhody, motivaci, produktivitu, efektivitu a work-life balance. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of homeoffice. The aim of the thesis is to create a proposal for the integration of this form of employment into the normal practice of the selected company.
