Intergenerational learning in the environment of Volunteer Firemen

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Mezigenerační učení v prostředí sboru dobrovolných hasičů se zabývá podobou mezigeneračního učení v prostředí komunit, konkrétně ve vybraném sboru dobrovolných hasičů. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat, jak vypadá učení mezi jednotlivými generacemi členů sboru dobrovolných hasičů. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou mezigeneračního učení, dále vymezuje pojmy jako jsou dobrovolnictví, komunita a sbory dobrovolných hasičů. V empirické části práce je popsán metodologický postup, výsledky výzkumného šetření a závěrečné shrnutí a diskuze nad výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis called Intergenerational learning in the environment of volunteer fire department deals with the forms of intergenerational learning in communities, specifically in the community of volunteer firemen. The aim of this thesis is to identify and describe, what does the learning between various generations of volunteer firemen look like. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining main terms connected with the topic of intergenerational learning, next it defines other important terms, such as volunteering, community and the volunteer fire department. The empirical part describes the methodological steps, the results of the research and the final conclusion and discussion of the research data.
