Cílem této bakalářské práce je překlad a komentář k překladu článku z oblasti přístrojového potápění, který spadá do kategorie odborných textů. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá analýzou zdrojového textu, konkrétně Standardů a směrnic výcviku Asociace sportovních a technických potápěčů.
