Abstract:
Těžištěm mé práce je analýza genové exprese jaterních buněk prasete domácího (sus scrofa). Určení referenčních genů se stabilní expresivitou za různých podmínek a cílových genů, jejichž exprese se za těchže podmínek mění a mohou tedy sloužit jako markery. Při zpracování vzorků jsem z buněk izolovala RNA, zpětnou transkripcí ji přepsala do struktury cDNA a tu pak analyzovala metodou qPCR. Data získaná …more
Abstract:
The focus of my bachelor thesis is analysis of gene expression of pig liver cells. Determination of referent genes with stable expressivity under different conditions and target genes whose expression under the same conditions changes, so they might be used as a markers.
