Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat podnikatelský záměr pro plánovanou pobočku kavárny Šálek kávy. Záměrem práce je zhodnotit, zda je otevření pobočky kavárny v daném místě realizovatelné a s jakými riziky je projekt spojen.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to deveop a business plan dor a planned branch of the Šálek kávy café. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether the opening of a café in a given location is realistic and what risks are associated with the project.
