Mutual interaction in the development of twins

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje vztahu dvojčat, jejich vzájemné interakci v důležitých fázích vývoje, ale i v běžných každodenních situacích. Jedná se o dvojčata stejného pohlaví, která vyrůstají v úplné rodině. Na základě těchto okolností prožívají důležité životní mezníky ve společnosti druhého, stejně starého sourozence. Pozornost bude věnována jejich vývoji od prenatálního období až do předškolního (školního) věku. Tato otázka bude prozkoumána jak z pohledu odborníků, tak z pohledu rodičů a dětí samotných. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými otázkami vývoje dítěte, kdy se podrobněji zaměřuje na vývoj dvojčat, jejich typologii a výskyt v populaci. Pozornost je věnována i sourozeneckým vztahům a faktorům, které je ovlivňují. Praktická část se věnuje pozorování dvojčat a jejich interakce v každodenním životě, to je pak doplněno rozhovory s rodiči. Výsledky bakalářské práce nám ukazují možnou interakci v určitých fázích vývoje, sourozenecký vztah a fungování dvojčat, které je ovlivněno různými faktory.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship of twins, their mutual interaction in important stages of development, but also in everyday situations. These are twins of same sex who are growing up in a complete family. Based on these circumstances, they experience important milestones in the company of the other, equally old sibling. Attention will be focused on their development from the prenatal period to preschool (school) age. This issue will be explored both from the perspective of experts and from the perspective of parents and children themselves. The theoretical part deals with general issues of child development, focusing in more detail on the development of twins, their typology and occurrence in the population. Attention is also paid to sibling relationships and factors that affect them. The practical part is devoted to the observation of twins and their interactions in everyday life, which is then supplemented by interviews with parents. The results of the bachelor thesis show us the possible interaction in certain stages of development, the sibling relationship and the functioning of the twins, which is influenced by various factors.
