Electronic Means of Evidence
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá elektronickými důkazními prostředky. V první části pojednává o obecných otázkách tématu a související právní úpravě. V dalších částech jsou rozebrány problémy při zajištění, analýze a provádění elektronických důkazních prostředků. Poslední části se zaměřuje na použití e-mailu jako důkazního prostředku.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with electronic means of evidence. The first part of the thesis covers the general issues and corresponding legislative acts. Next parts deal with seizure, analysis and presentation of electronic means of evidence. The last part focuses on emails as means of evidence.
