Označování vín v evropském kontextu

Wine Placarding and Labelling in the European Context
Abstract:
Práce prezentuje základní principy právní úpravy označování vín v ČR s přihlédnutím ke změnám, ke kterým došlo vlivem evropských předpisů. Popisuje klasifikaci a zatřiďování vín, označování vín údajem o původu a údajem o vítězství na vinařských soutěžích a dalšími způsoby značení. Věnuje se také tematice vín pro bohoslužebné účely.
Abstract:
The thesis presents basic principles of wine placarding and labelling in the Czech Republic, taking into account changes that took place under implementation of EU legislation. It describes wine classification and sorting, as well as indication of geographical origin, wine competition prizes and other specifications. Mass wines are also dealt with.
