Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat metody odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti Lékárna, vyhodnotit stávající stav a navrhnout případné změny za účel zlepšení stávajícího stavu. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the methods of remuneration and evaluation of employees in the company pharmacy, evaluate the current situation and propose possible changes in order to improve the current situation.
