Women's role in Physical Education Organization "Sokol Brno I." 1902 - 1915
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje problematice vstupu žen do tělocvičné jednoty Sokol Brno I. a jejich postavení v ní. Je úžeji zaměřena na období od vzniku prvního ženského odboru 1902 po dosažení rovnoprávnosti 1915. Kromě hlavního tématu je v práci nastíněna historie brněnského i pražského Sokola, tělocviku a počátky ženského cvičení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with issues of women's entry into the Physical Education Organization "Sokol Brno I." and their role in it. It's more particulary focused on the period of first female union in 1902 after achieving equality 1915th. Besides the main theme the thesis outlines the history of the Brno and Prague Sokol, and the beginnings of women's gymnastics exercises.
