Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou dokazování v přípravném řízení zejména z hlediska trestněprávní úpravy. V úvodní části jsou vymezeny obecné pojmy, jednotlivé formy a stadia přípravného řízení a jeho vztah k dalším stádiím trestního řízení. This thesis deals with the evidence in pre-trial proceedings from the perspective of criminal legislation. The first chapter defines general terms, the various forms and stages of the pre-trial and its relation to other stages of criminal proceedings.
