Téma diplomové práce je „Fungování kapitálových trhů v ČR a v USA“. Kapitálový trh, jako segment trhu finančního, je odrazem zdravého vývoje každé tržní ekonomiky. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat systémy fungování kapitálových trhů v ČR a v USA, se zaměřením na jejich právní regulaci.
